Data and purposes
We process the name, email address, preferred layout and floor and message you provide to respond to your request and related follow-up. Do not include sensitive data or information about other people. Your name and email are requested to identify and respond to your enquiry; the message is optional.
Legal basis
General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to communications you initiate (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Where you request steps before a potential contract, the basis is those pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)). Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing lists.
How contact works
The form currently prepares a message in your email application. Clicking the button does not send its fields to our server: you must send the message from your email application for us to receive it. We will update this information if direct submission is enabled.
Retention
Data is retained as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and follow-up. Afterwards it will be deleted or, where retention duties or potential liabilities apply, retained with restricted access for the legally applicable periods.
Providers and recipients
The website is hosted by GoDaddy. Hosting and email services may process technical data or communications to provide their services. We do not plan to share enquiries with other companies for advertising. Data may be provided to authorities where legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by emailing info@bagaresidencial.com or writing to the controller’s address. Specify the right you wish to exercise. Additional identity information will only be requested where necessary. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This form is not used to make automated decisions about individuals.
